JOBS OF THE MONTH

Position: Sales Director ... Location: East Coast ... Description: Seeking a Director of Sales who has extensive experience growing sales in the mass market retailer channel (Wal-Mart, Target, Michaels, Jo-Ann, etc.). Must have strong P&L experience and financial acumen. Use your strong management skills to manage national account sales managers and meet with key clients, assist sales reps with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. Extensive travel required.

Position: VP Sales � Craft ... Location: South East ... Compensation: $120-130K, + bonus ... Qualifications: Lead the sales efforts for this manufacturer of products domestically and internationally. You will have both direct and indirect retail contact (have both personal account management and management of reps calling on accounts). Responsible for the development and growth of the independent reps. Internationally, there are distributors -- and we are seeking to grow our international presence. Must have worked with major national accounts, including Michaels, Jo-Ann, A.C. Moore, Hobby Lobby, etc. Analyze sales performance by customer and product line to identify sales opportunities. Manage the account forecasting process. Forecast product sales based on customer knowledge and establish accurate sales projections. Build and execute a solid plan for increased international sales. Must have strong P&L experience and financial acumen. Needs strong leadership skills, not just management skills. Develop and upgrade the sales team while also being able to eliminate non-performers.
