Qualifications: Actual design and work experience with designers in the scrapbooking community and industry required; experience in creating lesson plans; teaching skills; have artistic ability and an eye for trends and fashion; self-starter with meticulous attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; budgeting experience; written and verbal communication skills.

Position: Creative Services Manager ... Location: North-Central (company pays relocation) ... Compensation: 60-70K ... Description: Manage five people; serve as the principle creative lead and play a key role to artistically inspire and motivate the creative teams to develop work of the highest caliber within a project budget; partner with internal clients in marketing, sales, and other departments, and oversee projects from concept through to production; insure that all creative work is compelling, on-brand, and on-strategy, including packaging, signage, web site graphics, and all consumer and customer communication materials; plan and run photo shoots through the pre-press production and press runs; take designs through the concept, execution, and published format stages in relatively short time frames..
